Mr. Nipon joined Wells Hill in 2013 and currently is a Vice President. His primary role is in the execution of all client transactions, which includes financial analysis, preparation of offering material, marketing, diligence and collaboration with counsel. Mr. Nipon has been involved in transactions comprising $3 billion of real estate, including Ballantyne Corporate Park in Charlotte, 150 East 42nd Street, 114 Fifth Avenue, Cathedral of St. John the Divine and 110 University Street in NYC, Princeton University graduate and faculty housing in Princeton, and the Gibson Guitar Office Portfolio in Tennessee, Illinois and Montana. Prior to Wells Hill, Mr. Nipon spent five years in the real estate finance group at ING Bank, where he was involved in origination underwriting, performance analysis, credit applications, annual performance reviews, loan modifications, portfolio risk assessment, risk mitigation strategies and client relationship management for loans within the $6 billion INGREF portfolio, inclusive of office, retail, hotel, multifamily and industrial assets in primary US markets.

Mr. Nipon is a member of the Real Estate Institute Association, the Mortgage Bankers Association of New York and the Real Estate Lenders Association of New York. Mr. Nipon received an M.S. in Real Estate FinanceĀ from New York University in 2009 and a B.A. from the University of Michigan in 2007.
